What is your return policy for apparel and equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached. Equipment must be in its original packaging. Please note that nutrition products are final sale for safety reasons.
How do I determine the right size for Burn Boot Camp apparel?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our performance gear is generally true to size, but we recommend sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed fit for your workouts.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our global community soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement by contacting our support team; otherwise, you may return the items once received.
