We want you to feel confident in your Burn Boot Camp gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that nutrition products and final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
